Since the New Horizons flyby of Pluto a lot has been put out in the media. Its easy to understand all the excitement if you a little geeky but if you don’t know that much about Pluto then stick with me.

Here are a list of things you should know about Pluto

1. Pluto was discovered in 1930.

2. It is called a dwarf planet because of its small size. it is about half the width of the United States of America and a little smaller than the earths moon.

Changes to the look of feel of the blog

I will like to inform all my readers that over the coming weeks a lot of changes to the appearance of this blog will occur. I am not very satisfied with the current look although I like the minimalist nature of the current design I will like to integrate feed from my twitter account and make changes to the menu without making the blog look too cluttered. I will like to appologise if any inconvenience is caused. Let me know if you like some of the changes.

I hope you have a productive day.

Just when you want to give up

We all have dreams, goals, ambitions, things that we would love to attain, but sadly most of them get thrown out of the window. If you have issues with failure this short post would be of benefit to you, please read on.

Feeling down

Its funny how life is made. Very few people are top athletes. Very few people are truly rich. Very few people truly reach mastery in any en-devour. That is because many give up on attaining their dreams. Just too many people fail to be the best they could be because they give up. The truth is that success doesn’t come easy.  Anything worth attaining is going to take a lot of effort and a lot of pain. You might be naturally talented but that would be easily put aside by the one who has the resilience to keep on going through  the pain the sweat and the tears knowing that something great can be achieved.

If you are finding yourself going through any tough spot, be encouraged that you are on the right path. You are not going to achieved the extraordinary from your comfort zone, never. But If you stay focused on the price ahead you would find a way towards success.

It could be in the area of finances, relationships, studies, business,  personal development and even writing or creating a successful blog. Whatever it is, just know that it is possible to succeed if you are willing to put in the work required.

If for some reason you feel like giving up, take courage from this post and press on. Surely you would achieve. Take some time to get inspiration from others who have achieved and surround yourself with mentors who can keep you  focused until you reach your goal.

Remember nothing worthwhile comes easy.

simple up

Those that know me will likely think I am going to share with you about raw food, and while that is a strong second tip, it is not my first tip for staying youthful. No, my tip is much more broad. It is something that might have you choose to do a raw cleanse, but it is not the cleanse.

My number one tip is to TAKE RISKS! There is a tendency when we get older to contract. We suddenly know how badly all those risks can turn out, so we avoid them. We know what we like, so we order it every time we go to our favorite restaurant. We are comfortable with our family and friends, so we let fewer people in.

AVOID GRAVITY. TAKE RISKS. What was the thing you had a glimmer to do? Drive home a new way. Say hi to the teen at the bus…
